Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "km788" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to km788 and its operating entity, including the website at km788.pro and all services, products, and features accessible through it.
• "Member" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the km788 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration on km788.
• "Services" — refers collectively to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, poker tournaments, Bandar Q, and any other betting or gaming products available on the km788 platform.
• "Funds" — refers to the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Member's km788 account.

• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by km788 before a Member may request a withdrawal or access certain platform features.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

To be eligible to register and use a km788 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

km788 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by km788 may result in account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active km788 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering a km788 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP).
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• The full name of the Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals, which must match your km788 registration name exactly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. km788 will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your km788 account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you notify km788 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

km788 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. km788 may also request KYC documentation at any point during a Member's account lifecycle at its reasonable discretion.

Accepted KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account passbook front page, or e-wallet profile screen, showing the account holder's full name and account number — confirming it matches the name on the km788 account.
• Proof of Address: Any official document issued within the last three months that shows your full name and residential address in Indonesia (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

km788 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt during standard operating hours (WIB). Incomplete or illegible documents will be returned for resubmission. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until KYC is fully approved. km788 will never share your KYC documents with third parties except as required by applicable law.

km788 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions must be initiated from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be reversed without notice.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation in the km788 cashier. km788 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Member's km788 balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt. km788 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the Member should contact km788 support via live chat with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or registered e-wallet that is held in the same legal name as the km788 account. km788 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are disbursed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Withdrawal Processing Time

Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within one (1) hour of request submission during standard operating hours. Requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance windows (typically between 23:00–01:00 WIB for most Indonesian banks) may experience brief delays. km788 will notify Members of any extended processing windows via the platform's notification system.

Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by the Member's account tier and KYC status and are displayed in the km788 cashier at the time of request. Members who have not completed KYC verification may not submit withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Any Bonus funds credited to an account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding amount may be withdrawn. See Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• km788 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks prior to processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be suspended if km788 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

km788 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and take precedence in the event of any conflict.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to Members who have a verified km788 account in good standing unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion expressly states a higher limit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• km788 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All bets and wagers placed on the km788 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and Bandar Q. These rules are published within each product section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Sportsbook

Sportsbook odds are published in decimal format and are subject to change before bet acceptance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km788's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to their km788 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

km788 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside km788's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data providers, provided km788 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits km788's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indonesian law.

km788 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during account registration, KYC verification, and platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a km788 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

km788 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit and restricted access controls for stored personal data. km788 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

km788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, km788 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notification on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any changes.
